Anne Marie Hathcock, counseling intern, MS CMHC Jacksonville University, August '26

Anne Marie brings together nearly three decades of professional and lived experience to her practice.   


Anne Marie was home-schooled (in the 90s, when it was still weird) and went on to earn her bachelor's degree in graphic communication from Clemson University in 2001. She has held positions at Berklee College of Music, London Scandinavian School, and Moonbug Entertainment. She completed the ADHD coach coursework at ADDCA in 2023 and began her graduate studies at Jacksonville University is on track to graduate in August 2026. She is completing her clinical internship on-site at Florida Psychological Associates in Fernandina Beach, FL, and will continue on towards licensure.  


Drawn to existential philosophy and functional contextualism, Anne Marie's ongoing clinical work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which focuses on psychological flexibility and values clarification. She brings playfulness, nerdiness, depth, and practical insight to her work, helping clients of all ages explore and expand their capacity for living meaningful, purposeful lives.
